Jen Holmberg

I'm a Neuroscience PhD student at UC Berkeley, and a Graduate Fellow with the Kavli Center for Ethics, Science, and the Public. I'm interested in the brain mechanisms that mediate the psychedelic experience, and the ethical questions that arise at the interface between psychedelic science and society. In my research, I use fMRI, naturalistic stimuli, and computational models to investigate how psilocybin changes visual processing in the brain during the acute drug experience. In my free time, I enjoy being outside, hanging out with my cat, and drawing.
